Responsibilities:

  • Producing virtual and in-person employee experiences and internal campaigns for Adobe employees, producing events reaching over 10,000 global attendees

  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to manage and execute end-to-end innovative virtual and in-person event programs for Adobe employees

  • Working with D+I and ERGs to produce and manage diverse and inclusive virtual event programming

Macy's - Marketing Special Events Coordinator

2019 - 2020

Responsibilities:

  • Planned and managed end-to-end sales-driving events across US Northwest region, generating over $31k in recorded additional sales. 

  • Collaborated with the marketing team to execute regional event marketing collateral, scheduling, and strategy for NW region, across 9 states and approximately 50 events/quarter

  • Reported event data and analytics to identify opportunities, prove return on investment, and highlight event successes

ServiceNow - Sales Enablement Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Supported administrative operations for Sales Enablement team's Global Instructor Led Training (ILT) programs for ServiceNow employees

  • Managed various ILT rosters (i.e., tracking attendee information) in Excel and sales readiness platforms

  • Organized and distributed informational program communications through email newsletters

  • Manage on-site ILT workshops and logistics, such as securing and managing venues, catering, supplies, and welcoming program speakers and high-level executives

Fooda - Popup Event Coordinator

  • Served as Fooda Onsite Representative to manage PopUp Restaurant + Catering Events and vendors to client, Tesla

  • Managed vendors to ensure client expectations and compliance with Fooda’s policies and procedures

  • Performed regular audits on vendors to report and maintain vendors’ top-quality performances

Pharmacyclics, an Abbvie Company - Meetings and Events Intern

2017

Responsibilities:

  • Supported Meetings and Events team with event and administrative assistance for 7+ corporate companywide events

  • Sourced 250+ hotel/restaurant/wineries venues nationwide for company’s National Sales Conference

  • Managed budget of $2,500 for Company-wide “College Day” from ordering refreshments and activities, serving as primary contact for vendors, ensuring smooth agenda, solving raised issues
